@drewlevin @ClearInsanityX Waiting 1-2 minutes for a game in master or even diamond makes no sense to me, increase the time slightly even a minute can make all the difference between finding the right player or not.

I mean it’s a multidimensional problem right? restrictions make queue times longer and games better matched in those restricted dimensions, tolerances make queue times shorter and games worse matched in those tolerated dimensions. players want many restrictions and short queue times, which is literally impossible to do, so part of what I’m probing for is what tolerances you are most willing to accept and how much queue time you’d be willing to “pay” for your desired restrictions, if that makes sense

but how can there be no other choice ? Like can't you add a parameter to slightly limit MMR gap between players and avoid creating 10min queue ? If i have no choices then i'd rather have 2m queue than 10m but I at least want to understand why you can't do it so why don't you communicate with your players and explain them why the MM is so shit and why you can't make it better. So they will at least stop complaining.

@ClearInsanityX and if the choice ends up being between status quo or 10 minute queues to narrow within team/within lane skill gaps meaningfully? idk if that’s what it’ll be but curious how you see it

@drewlevin i want u guys to slightly increase the queue time in diamond and APEX ranks +5-7 minutes is too long and doesn't feel ok. But less than 2 minutes to get matches of this quality feels very bad. Everyone is complaining about 2 things right now Aegis broking the ladder / MM

@bonevoid That's impossible. The amount of games and knowledges needed to go from Bronze to Diamond is too big. Especially if you consider that some games are not winnable because of inters. Also jungle role is hard to learn.

how about not being retarded and therefore not picking one of the most predictable ranged top when you are blueside ? How about picking something useful for your team like a good old tank ? And in case you don't want to pick for your team because let's say you just play for your OWN fun. How about clapping it and not reject the fault on your poor jungler if you are a nuisance who can't play or draft ? Free game btw enemy team is 90% AD.
