@RobLipsett What’s your 3 Day plan? I’m struggling to know how many sets / volume across the Full Body sessions
English

They’re calling it jacked dad summer
This is the routine I recommend if you’re going through a busy period of life or any kind of life change
It’s all about maximising time
Training: 3 full body sessions a week hits every muscle multiple times per week with minimal time in the gym
If you can make it 4 days, an upper lower split works just as well
Both are time efficient and tick all the boxes
Nutrition: an intermittent fasting style, lower frequency meal approach is what I recommend
2 to 3 larger meals a day
Great for overall productivity and for not spending your entire day in the kitchen
Tbh this is how I prefer to eat regardless
I know it’s easier said than done. I understand. I’m not tone deaf
Takes discipline above all
But I promise you
Prioritising your fitness and your health is not only worth it for yourself
It means you can give your best to your family too 🫶🏻
Happy shredding!

The lowest IQ gym decision you can make in 2026:
Opting to perform the exercise shown in Video 1 over the exercise shown in Video 2
It literally does not get any dumber than that, folks

@DeanTTraining Add swapping out bent over rows and replacing either a chest supported t bar row or machine version

@DeanTTraining Why so low fat? Surely higher fat will help with hormones and digestion of lots of carbs?
