@BritishGasHelp Please can we arrange for someone to call me back urgently to discuss this and escalate. I have been more than patient but constantly asking for another X days - when I've had no progress on the matter - is not OK. British Gas is the supplier and it needs to be remedied.

@BritishGasHelp @BritishGas I moved into a new build and my gas meter serial number isn't in the national database / the one associated with property is a neighbours. It's been 1.5 months and NOTHING from your back office team, who keep pushing back dates. Can I get some help?!
