@CliffCliffmac @helenecrook67 @CSPScheme It is mostly resolved. I've had my lump sum and montly pension has just started with back pay, but no pay slip or P60. Try calling them? Apparently it's easier to get through now. Good luck 🤞

@CSPScheme Please help! 🙏 I applied for my pension in August. No response. I have only received automatic emails. The portal is useless. Tried phoning but can't get through. I'm now very concerned.

@JanSponge @CSPScheme Ive been waiting for pension since i retired in September 2025, waited 3 hours in a telephone queue to be told call advisor cannot access my pension, see any updates nor advise when id hear. She was very sorry to hear i cant pay my bills but she cant help me. Its my money !!!
