If you want to find an institution that is corrupt, look no further than the NHS. By which I specifically mean middle and higher management.

@ClarkeMicah It would appear from all the evidence emerging that this force may have behaved outrageously. If this is true the effects of this behaviour would seem to have been cruel and far reaching & also as Peter mentions undermining the credibility of the whole justice system.

We should expect better people in senior positions. Their behaviour has already rightly been severely criticised by senior colleagues.
