@clarkkids2 @SawyerWhisler One I know recently bought some land that came up for sale for over 2mil and another I know their family has over 10,000 acres. At 3k an acre thats 30mil just in land. It's all inherited too, why would someone like that sell their legacy for 15mil? 😂
