Building a Framer template in public — Day 1. Had the idea to build an Airbnb/ small hotel template 🏨 Step 1: Used Framer Ranks (by @MaxPalmer666) to analyze the marketplace 🤫 → Travel = low competition → Hotels = even lower Step 2: Checked demand → Existing templates perform well 📈 Conclusion: Worth going for it 💯

My current mood board in @framer Design page. For a Cleaning business template. I gathered the top rated templates in Framer and webflow and looked for local cleaning website templates. I used "Gofullpage" Chrome extension to get these images.

@lazarframer The biggest obstacle for designers is their portfolio.

A lot of designers have great work on their X profile, great content, but their bio just says Cal link or “DM me.” And yeah, that might work, but I think they’re losing a lot of potential clients that way. Someone who sees your work might be interested, but they still have a bunch of objections. That’s the whole point of a website. Once you grab attention, every section, from the hero to the bottom, should work to remove those objections. Not everyone is ready to book a call right away. Let your site handle 80% of that conversation, so the lead shows up warm and ready to talk.
