Impromptu kitchen clean yesterday, after finding, and accidentally setting free, maggots in the food waste caddy. Then there was laundry, cooking two different meals from scratch, cleaning out nasty litter tray, doing the bins.. Still in pain today. Ouchy 🤦🏼‍♀️
