@MOGoalkeeping Alot of pros for the goalkeeper coach as it gives you a better understanding to certain decisions made by the goalkeeper. Cons ....I'd say could add pressure to goalkeeper knowing G.K coach is right behind him/her (especially Grassroot). Hopefully no coaching from behind also .

🧤⚽ GK COACHES: I decided to take up a position behind my keeper's goal last night rather than in the dugout. I found it provided the opportunity to listen to how they communicate throughout the game, watch their movement and positioning and get a better insight. Thoughts (why)?

We often overlook such simple drills ,yet they play a vital role throughout a Goalkeepers development.
