Monday we lost someone who was a huge fan of our team (and vice versa). Bruce made summer morning workouts feel less early and always more smiley. He loved a fast start to runs, I think so he could maximize time with good company coming back.

There's something about Boulder ... Liliane Aittama picked up her second 800-meter title in as many meets on the track at the Ford Indoor Practice Facility! With a raw time of 2:09.33, she paced the Falcons to a 1️⃣-2️⃣ finish!

Thank you to our entire community, South Lyon Police, Fire, Lyon Twp Fire and the Oakland County Sheriff for the special send off for our SL United Girls Lacrosse team as they headed to the MHSAA State Finals today!

It’s been 1,094 days since Morgan Engberg ran a PR in the 1600. Like the 🐐 @des_linden says she kept showing up (and smiling) and in her last high school race blasted an 8 second PR!!
