@Hammock_Cat @craigwardhoward I signed it. The building company is trying to bid high with insurance but then they take home what is not spent from insurance funds. Hoping to make 18-25 percent per job. That money is meant for you to rebuild your home, not for them. Read the fine print!

On the CA fires, and ***REBUILDING*** I'm not a Blue Check but hopefully this post will be amplified by others with more reach. The screenshots I'm sharing are from a former boss and friend of mine whose home was lost to a fire a few years ago. He's giving great advice:

@Hammock_Cat @craigwardhoward Last thing I would add is make sure to read the fine print of your contract with your builder. I’ve been rebuilding my home from a fire for almost a year. If I could do it all over I would have at least had a lawyer or someone with legal experience approve the contract before…

Awesome weekend! Watched my kid in his 1st year playing football his senior year catch his first pass which happened to be a TD! Freddy The Kid hit a walkoff bomb in our scrimmage! The Niners looked awesome tonight! Excited to be humbled this week because I know it’s coming!

This one stings...but I'm so happy and thankful for what @CoachWoolleyUMW has done for myself, my family, the university and the program. He has left @umw_wbb in great place and the future is bright because of him. Thanks Coach!
