Is anyone else really disliking all of these forced attention accounts? Staged reactions? Intentionally narrating to make it seem like the situation is worth their judgement? You’re choosing to create ripples of harm; not betterment or praise. Just stop it. #PositiveCoach

Focused more on leaning into my strengths & asking for help on my weaker areas so far this year… Result= Better client communication& more people reaching out to work with me. Funny, right? @CrossFitFringe #PositiveCoach #OnwardAndUpward

Jan. 15th- 2 Weeks into the New Year! If you’ve lost a step, that’s ok! If you’re losing motivation, understandable. If you are feeling unsure about trajectory, that can happen! The journey is rarely linear. When in doubt, find a COACH! #PositiveCoaching @CrossFitFringe

Solid. Day! I let bad days linger too long & great days live short lives…I hope that as the New Year unfolds everyone really lets the good, great and wonderful have more time in that spotlight 😉You earned it! @CrossFitFringe #PositiveCoach

Pretty cool thought as @CrossFitFringe kicks off their #Elevate48 Nutrition Reset: -Our overall goal in habits-focused nutrition & lifestyle changes is to help the individual 1) Raise their bar of self-care & 2) understand that self-care is not selfish. #PositiveCoach

1) You are GAINING momentum; we’re not in cruise control just yet. 2) Monday-Friday adherence is AWESOME, but the real challenge is in weekends. 3) Plan any rewards ahead and set boundaries for yourself. 4) Remember how EPIC you are and how you’re just getting started!

As we end Week 1 of 2023: If you set new goals, started working habits toward those goals and are excited about a “reward” for adherence to your “New Year, New Me” mentality then please keep a few things in mind:

Struggling as a Coach to structure your initial consultations or running into adherence issues? Take a listen (or read) and up your game! It’s about the clients journey, not your own! #MotivationalInterviewing @DawnCliffordRD #Coaching

“Make Peace” Strength= Make peace things will feel heavy. Endurance= Make peace you’ll be out of breath. Better body composition= Make peace that food timing, amounts and content will be different. It’s not “easy” to make peace but if you acknowledge it beforehand, it helps!

First Monday of 2023! The biggest recommendation I can make to anyone looking to make a change is: Find a Coach or Mentor who does what you want to do…then, reach out! It might cost nothing, it might cost more than you expect or it could lead you to another great resource!
