@CATUDEAC @NickStevensHS So if a QB made this “gesture” after kneeling down with 20 seconds left and a 14 point lead, are you giving the rings to the team that just got beat? Just would like us to put this in perspective
English

@NickStevensHS He didn’t just “put his hand up”. That’s the “ring me gesture”. Let’s not act like he was just pumping his fist in excitement.
English

This statement doesn’t address the issue: putting one’s hand up is far from unsporting behavior.
As someone who has covered NCHSAA events for 20 years, if this is the definition of unsporting, thousands of athletes should have been penalized prior and never were.
There are even photos & videos on this app from the SAME MEET with more demonstrative celebrations.

@Shaughn_A2 @jasonwhitlock Then the rules need changing. Would be like taking a state championship away from a football team for celebrating after taking a knee if there was still 20 seconds on the clock and giving the trophy to the team they just beat by 21. Makes no sense
English

@OutthewayOvaE @HighSchoolOT The comparison would be a QB celebrating after taking a knee with 20 seconds left and the officials deciding to give the win to the team that just lost for “taunting”. Makes no sense
English

@CoachBarber82 @HighSchoolOT Taunting is taunting. Sports have rules. Follow them.

Mallard Creek boys track and field was disqualified for unsportsmanlike conduct after winning the 4x400 relay in the final event of the day. Had the result stayed, the Mavericks would have won the team state championship. Instead, they remained in second place.

@asim_mcgill He made some good halftime adjustments and must have said something to the big man. Woke him up. Also the last couple possessions out of timeouts were really good with multiple options.
English

@barstoolsports @MacrodosingPod So should the receiver lose yards for dropping a ball that hits his hands and the QB get hypothetical yards for perfect throws that get dropped? This is a dumb argument

@RobbReport Have had Bardea and if that is on the list then they have never visited Cincy because the Precinct is head and shoulders better than Bardea

@baseballbatbros Z-2k one piece in 99/2000 (player) then the orange and blue stealth of the 07-09 timeframe (coach) those are the hottest ones I remember

@AdamSche1fer Should be illegal to do what they did to him. They knew what he was when they drafted him. Seems shady and hoping to get him on practice squad to replace Vita without other teams getting any tape on him

@asim_mcgill @cdp0126 I remember making some drives to exchange film

I was telling my guy @cdp0126 about how as fb coaches we use to meet the opponent on Saturday to exchange film. Who remember these days?
English

@NUCLRGOLF @z_blair The guy was cocky but must have been a good club fitter. Shot -7 today with that driver
