As a mentor / coach I only bring water to the team. As an athlete you choose to drink or not. Fyi . decision may be made based on how thirsty you are. 😉

A big misconception many high school recruits have is the mindset of “I’ll just go to JUCO & then go D1” The JUCO route doesn’t guarantee that you will play D1, & it does not guarantee you will play anywhere after going there You still have to produce, & prove that you can play

Just saw this and it’s mind boggling! Over 50 percent of Tommy John Surgeries are now baseball players ages 15-19 years old. Let that sink in for a bit! Thoughts?

Is T-spine mobility your limiting factor for hip-shoulder separation? Here's a simple test that can give you a general idea if mobility is a limiting factor for you.🎥⬇️ General buckets: 1. <45 degrees: very stiff 2. 45-60 degrees: stiff 3. 60-75 degrees: mobile 4. 75+ degrees: very mobile Buckets 1 & 2 generally benefit from some attention here, and there's no harm in some basic t-spine maintenance work if you fall in buckets 3/4 either.
