Playing time is based off practice reps and evaluation. Games are won during the week, not on the day of the game. Look how you practice and Friday, Saturday, Sunday is the byproduct or result of how you practiced!

EVERYONE can “Coach” the best players… What can you do with that scrawny/slow WR or overweight/weak OL??? Coach, Develop, and Love them ALL!!

Dont blame the athlete for your lack of coaching ability. I don't want to hear, "player's aren't smart enough to learn that." If you don't know how to coach......just say that!

High School Football Coaches. I don't care how successful you are as a coach. You don't own the kids that are in your program. 1. Stop trying to control who kids train with. It's their parents money they do with it as they please. 2. Find ways to promote every kid in your program who has the ability to play at the next level. Not just the ones with D1 Potential. 3. Stop trying control what camps prospects attend. Again its their parents money they do with it as they please. 4. Be open minded and find ways to connect with the athletes and parents outside of football.

Football off season is key to the regular season if you have kids with more excuses then reps that’s a problem

When I get kids outlets to get reps and extra film, I give you camps to go to. And a kid say I can’t make it or I’m with my family or any other excuse I now know you don’t want it as much as I thought you want it. Love the game the game will love you back FOOTBALL
