This is so true. Love the new staff they say everyone must compete. We won 4 games and people worried about our qb leaving. I want to see 11 killer Gators on the field at all times on both sides of the ball. Competition gonna make you better or make you leave. True story

Can we stop using the word elite to describe youth players? Some of these same players become busts by the time they hit high school. Kids develop differently and at different rates. One you say is elite now just got passed up by the kid that works tirelessly and has a never quit attitude. Youth sports are strictly for development and should be treated as such. Adults put your ego aside and Coach these kids properly focusing on making them better on and off the field. Yes, winning is important but not at the cost of proper development.

@CoachCliman For sure. Got to be in constant communication. Especially with the big fellas up front. I always tried to make their lives the easiest because they don’t get the TD’s or the “love” so to speak. But without them, we’re done for

How did Hudson not get invited to play in the FHSAA FIT Tournament when they are ranked higher than Dunedin, who was invited.

This is why there is a big difference in football speed, and 40 straight line speed outside of football… no one will argue that Worth isn’t fast running a sprint.. but his speed has yet meant separation as a WR in the NFL. It’s not worth much if it’s not in context of football

So does that mean IMG Academy could compete as an independent for a FHSAA state championship? Um...
