If you are the best player on your team, go to your coaches & tell them to push you more, be more demanding, hold you accountable. Back that talk up with your mental toughness, work ethic & desire to improve. Be the example to your teammates. Show others how to accept coaching!

@craigroh Their performance 2 weeks before against Brady in the AFC Championship was special, especially 2nd half is great game film!

@craigroh Inside hand down, for pass rush it allows you to get hip to hip quicker and gets your feet right for a counter move if your initial plan doesn’t work….agree with others on squeezing base and hands on down block..No way I’m changing Bosa, he’s a dude! 💪

In four words or less: What’s your philosophy for building an elite defensive line?

I Have been at St Bonaventure for a LONG time and have seen a bunch of great Running Backs. Delon is in the mix with the best we have had. This kid is a special special talent not just being a complete back and what he does on the field, but he is humble, smart, and a hard worker
