Love this activity called SONIC shared by @CoachONeil_PE, @CoachHeffner21, and @CoachAdams2010 to work on underhand tossing! If you make it in the hula hoop, take a hula hoop from the end of another team’s chain and put it at the end of yours. Longest chain wins. #SHAPECleveland
