The best part you naysayers don’t see is my kids watching how hard I work with drive and discipline crushing goals. My son cheers me on during the workouts. He pushes me “Mom, you got this! 2 more reps! Great job! Get 1 more in!” Setting an example for them on so many levels ❤️
