Quick update: ACL recovery was going great, but I slipped and tore my meniscus. Surgery yesterday—non-weight bearing for 6 weeks. Still working, still pushing. PT & softball content coming soon. I miss the game, and I’m not letting this stop me. 💪🥎 @FPHiggs @CoastRecruitsSB
