Bringing in foreign talent to train Americans doesn't require a 6 year H-1B visa. They can come for 1 or 2 or 3 months to accomplish training (without bringing their entire family). No need to buy a house or set down roots. No need to enroll their children in the school system. Just come for a few weeks or months, then go home.

The notion that you can "reset the world order" with a couple of strokes of the president's pen is the most utopian foreign policy hubris I've heard in my entire life.
