@DavidMTodd But the comp pick would have probably been a 3rd rounder in ‘27, so why not just play him this year and let him walk? Isn’t that more value than getting the 3rd one year earlier?

So #Steelers traded a guy they were never gonna re-sign. They were willing to keep him this season if their price wasn’t met & get a ‘27 comp pick. Nobody met the price before the draft. Cowboys increased their offer in draft a yr away (lower value). They made the deal. So now it’s incompetence. 😂

Russ... Calvin Austin is not a jump ball receiver. Tired of seeing him throw it to him deep over the middle in double coverage. You have two receivers that are better equipped for that. My goodness. Love Austin's game but that is not it

Really starting to think the #Steelers will take DB Branch round 1 if he’s there. He’s the kind of chess piece Tomlin adores. Can play in the box or in coverage. S and CB. Zone and press. Tackles and plays the ball very well. Can even return punts. Really think he is their guy.

James Washington plays bigger than Chase Claypool. Weird that a 5'11" 213 lb receiver is better at combat catches than a 6'4" 230 lb receiver, but it is what it is. 42-21 Chiefs.

@ToneDigz For a guy his size his play strength just does not seem to be what you would expect, pretty disappointing. Hopefully it is something that he can learn
