Subtle insights Brady shares here that coaches and athletes likely miss: 1. Blaming others signals lack of confidence and the presence of self-doubt. 2. Confidence feeds higher personal responsibility. 3. Confidence must start before results prove its "true" (the most difficult insight to grasp): attitude change (including confidence) led to --> better performance, which led to --> more confidence, which validated --> the driving attitude and original confidence. These are fully validated and proven mechanics of human nature and behavior. Learn them and get better at them or suffer from the consequences of their weakness.
