@FlipCourter @MikeCunningham This is great advice for any event! Don’t want them thinking about too much.

@MikeCunningham Early in my javelin coaching career, I was over coaching & trying to make too many changes between attempts.This was leading to some “ paralysis by analysis.”Now when I’m talking to throwers or showing video between attempts, it’s simpler with usually just one thing to focus on.

Have you weighed in yet? Lots of answers so far, everything from short sprints to distance. Not many field events mentioned. Interesting.
