@Mike_Jagacki I think number 2 is actually a side effect. I believe the real fix is to change foot posture from pigeon-toed to more slue-footed. Not extreme, but slightly. This gives more lateral balance and power simultaneously and also fixes the knees. Would love to hear your thoughts?
