Week 4 Running' Lopes Men's Basketball. “Grateful for everything..” Blessed to have USC Upstate @CoachVel talk to us about “Commitment” Being dedicated to something bigger than yourself…”. Ended the week with UFL Elite and found out “The Murph” is for real!! #LopesUP

Knowing what you do well and what to stay away from is critical. Don’t be a jerk. Be on time. Say please and thank you. Be the lowest maintenance guy that they’ve ever had. And just don’t worry about the ball, do everything else but worry about the ball.
