If you have kids K-12 let them PLAY. We are seeing young athletes that cannot balance themselves, walk a straight line, perform a jump-stop, touch the floor from a standing position, or twist at the waist. Sitting around on a phone, video games, or computer for years is bad.

Your young athlete can’t: - Decelerate properly - Hip hinge - Do a push-up - Hold a plank - Hold their weight above a chin up bar - Do an 18 inch box jump They don’t need the newest “sport specific,” program They need to sprint, jump & progressively load basic patterns

Train bodies for the work required of them. For our Throws program at Graceland University we lift to throw & we throw to go farther. I also stress Agility, Balance, & Coordination because strength alone will not get the job done w/out injury for the athlete. Be full-body nimble!
