This is all Republicans do once they regain power. They blame Democrats and then after that, they blame them some more and then more until they get voted out of office and the Democrats take power. And then they run on change and getting Democrats out out of power. It never ends. Accountability starts when they’re elected into office. Not when the budget ends.

There are “refugee admissions” that set a ceiling but again those were bypassed. Asylum seekers don’t have a quota. Get in while you can and get a court date maybe

@tchhunt2017 @abc13houston It’s part of our international agreements. The United States sets annual quotas for how many immigrants they will accept from which countries each year. It’s rarely a surprise. States get a lot of money for this—but the federal government provides cover.
