I’m going to do something I never do and that is stick up for Notre Dame. The Fighting Irish should’ve been in the college football playoff over Alabama. Once the Crimson Tide got embarrassed in the SEC title game there was no reason why they should’ve made the playoff. The committee needs to do everyone a favor and never put a three loss team in the CFP again.

Notre Dame and BYU fans: The two G5 conference champions are not your enemy. One conference receiving FIVE bids in a 12-team format is your biggest problem, and it won’t get better with expansion.
