@TheVicMonte That’s not the whole rule though and that’s what people forget. Take away Ja’Quan… if that ball pops out when he hits ground it is incomplete. It happens every week and nobody says anything because there usually isn’t a defender there to intercept it. It’s an unbelievable play

@CalebFC18 The difference is Adams caught the ball, came to his feet, became a runner attempting to advance the ball, and then was tackled and his knee hit the ground. Cooks was in the act of catching when he lost control upon contacting the ground.

There’s is ZERO consistency with NFL officiating. This same play was an interception in the Bills game but is a catch in the Bears game???

Obviously a lot of talk about the overtime of Bills vs Broncos. Here are my thoughts on all of the big rulings down the stretch: No Flag for PI on Denver I support the decision to not flag Denver on the fade route. Is there contact? Sure, but it’s a play on to me. Interception or Catch? The interception is a wild play, with a lot going on. Seeing it full speed, I thought it was an interception and would’ve ruled it that way if I was on the field. My perspective on it is that Cooks lost the ball as soon as his body hit the ground. In my opinion, if there was no defender near him and he lost the ball when he hit the ground, the ruling would’ve been incomplete. I would have liked to see the game stopped for a more formal review, with an announcement from the referee on exactly how they ruled. Pass Interference #1 on Bills I didn’t think this was a foul. It was, to me, the same play that happened the drive before with Denver and didn’t warrant a flag. Noting that on that play there was a flag for Roughing the Passer too, so Denver still would’ve got a first down. Pass Interference #2 on Bills Clearly correct and pass interference.

@ToddSullivan @Revs_fan_in_USA @Trepgolf1 @GeneSteratore The part you’re forgetting is that he has to possess the ball and survive the ground for it to be a catch. It happens all the time where a player hits the ground and the ball pops out while attempting a catch. And it’s incomplete. It happened to me in college. Incomplete

@ToddSullivan @GeneSteratore He’s saying that, independent of the ensuing interception, Cooks did not complete the catch 1. Cooks initially had control 2. Ball comes lose when Cook’s hits ground, therefore process of the catch is not completed 3. Defender snags loose ball and maintains control. Interception

@XHANABUSER @SleeperBroncos He has ran the ball very well on power and duo which is all we run when Jaleel is in the game mostly out of 12 and 13 personnel. If you understand football you understand why Payton schemes for each guy the way he does. He knows what he’s doing.

@XHANABUSER @SleeperBroncos See you’re just seeing his production with 10 and 11 personnel running zone which our line isn’t built for thinking he’s a bad back overall. He does need some work but he has elite contact balance, pass catching ability, and has been elite in pass protection.

@XHANABUSER @SleeperBroncos 🤦🏽‍♂️ no offense but I’m assuming you just look at stats and not the actual game footage. Nothing on tape says to start Jaleel over Harvey. RJ is too valuable for this offense

@PuddyWHK @iam_johnw I did not have a first round grade on Shedeur and neither did most NFL teams. He was a third round talent with an undrafted attitude which found him in the 5th. I’d much rather see Gabriel be given the chance to reach his ceiling because this is not it.

I’d lowkey rather watch Shaduer throw INTs than Gabriel throw TDs, neither were winning and Gabriel couldn’t elevate the offense at all. He was nails on a chalkboard. We’ve watched Gabriel’s ceiling and we’re watching Shaduers floor. The only issue is gambling on whether Shaduer can actually reach his ceiling. He’s reminding me of rookie Geno Smith. First round grade, picked lower than expected, and proved that he deserved to be drafted where he did.

@ChaseDaniel Chase dude you know damn well throwing off your back foot into 1/4 of an uncovered end zone isn’t a diffucult throw. Every high schooler on our team can make that throw

Caleb Williams with the two best plays of his career so far!!! The two very best throws when his team needed him the most. 6 come from behind wins & he’s doing this vs a Top 5 Defense with out 2 of his best WR’s.
