At the end of the year, you're graded and judged by the evidence of your WORK. Evidence doesn't just arrive, it's acquired and accumulated everyday. Creating Evidence isn't about running from the truth, it's about creating so much proof that past labels become irrelevant. 🧵 Everything matters. Every rep has meaning. Even when you can't see it. Too tired, too emotional, too worn out to see or hear it, but it still means something. So you must TIE meaning to it.
