Production over measurable! Thats all that matters in sports

This is the reality of the recruiting game. If you don’t fit the size range for your position you’re an outlier. Meaning to get their you must posses an elite trait or traits that can help make up for your size disadvantage.

It been a while since I have seen CB at 195

Average D1 and NFL football player size by position. Very surprising...😳👀

I hate this. In the past, a DB with a 100lb+ size disadvantage was able to protect himself and cut a lineman who was pulling on the perimeter. Now he can't, in the name of "safety." If I were coaching offense, I'd run toss crack all day long.

Pin & Pull is a Cornerback's worst nightmare.

@CRO31 Players were always tired of the politics of the NFL. Now they have leverage

@CoachHulk54 When a guy you felt was a better fit in the scheme is not better than the PWO. Do you take that scholarship away and give to the PWO player?
English

DBs just think, if the WR kept running in that direction. We could he go?

Like everything Brandon Marshall touches, this isn’t gonna last. Playmaker gonna have to find a new cohost soon

Brandon Marshall: “From a technique standpoint, I put Darrelle Revis over Deion Sanders.” Michael Irvin’s reaction 😂 A new episode of The White House with Michael Irvin is now on Netflix.

Some recruiting tips from someone who did the job at a Power 4 school and ran an FBS recruiting department:
1) Spamming your film under random tweets will never get you looks, it might get you blocked.
2) Your HS coach is your biggest character reference. Give them truthful, positive things to say.
3) Film doesn’t lie, but genetics doesn’t either. If you are smaller than every D1 kid at your position, you’d better be exceptional.
4) Skillset, work ethic and potential over stats. Anyone can run it up on weaker opponents. Who are you consistently?
5) If you want to play college football, ignore the logo and find the right fit. There is a school for you, but it may not be one you see on National TV every week.

@The_Coach_A How does the safety on the right know to key across to thenotjer side and ignore the 2 routes to his side?

English

@JMurphyLee @GroupOfFiveGuys Do ppl understand that some of the players for Tulane and JMU will be starting at a P4 next season? So why wouldn’t the G5 teams belong in the playoffs?
English

Everyone who is saying the G5 being in the playoff is not good for the sport but not mentioning uncapped NIL, unlimited transfer portal and bloated conferences is a clown.
You are complicit in the erosion of college athletics. Your misplacing blame. @GroupOfFiveGuys
