@Emily_M_Lane That was high tide. We've been "lucky". Add 30cms to the water level and it would have been an epic disaster. Even the ferry terminal would have been flooded. Will people now better understand the implications of slr?

@CoastandoceanC Glad it is not too bad there - is this the peak of high tide? It helps that we're around neap tide and not spring!

Pretty bad erosion going on. And the worst has still to come. @Emily_M_Lane predicts a storm surge of about 0.5m. High tide is late this afternoon, will it flood?
