@CoasterJamie More pissed about waiting over 2 hrs for Valhalla because they over sold speedy ones at 7pm when it finally opened.

Why would PB make us wait ages for them to take a train off Icon an hour before park close, robbing us of an extra ride on Big One before Aviktas? Honestly feels like they're trying to be bad 😭

@olibarnacle @Pleasure_Beach Yeah, I've never seen it as bad as this, so many things wrong. Icon Speedy Pass merge has been a chaotic free-for-all for years and is still not being managed. Just feels like nobody is paying any attention to operations 😔

@CoasterJamie @Pleasure_Beach Ops have noticeably slipped over the past few years. Budget and staffing obviously plays a big part but too often it's dumb stuff like this that could be rectified with better management.
