No, idiot, 98.8% in 2018 of convicted rapists were jailed, and 99.5% in 2020, you know because they were convicted. The stat youre referring to are all sexual harrassment/assaults reported, meaning a large majority dont have sufficient evidence or do not breach the threshold of requiring jail time. That doesnt mean there isnt punishment in general. But yes convicted rapists are absolutely and consistently jailed.

Not all of those things happen during rape, but yes i agree that both false accusations and actualy rape have life long consequences. Thats litterally the point. Being falsely accused isnt just "bad reputation" ita ruins their life and many commit suicide because of it.
