💨 Which One Should You Use? Both of these mean "not equal." ✅ <> is the SQL standard <> is defined by the ANSI SQL standard. It works everywhere in all databases. ⚠️ != is vendor-supported Most modern databases support !=, but it’s technically not the original standard operator. It’s there mostly for developer convenience (well, because many languages use !=). I must admit that I tend to use "!=" more because of my Python habits. 😂 👑 Best Practice Use <> more. Why? 👉 It’s the SQL standard 👉 It’s universally portable Which one is your style? Which one do you use more?
