@beau_throws The simple fix is to only use countries. Dealing with all the bullshit club names and combined sponsor names etc is exhausting. If you’re post collegiate here’s your nationality and it’s clean/simple.

One fix track needs to do? Stop using the term "Unattached". It's makes the sport look unserious. Look at the two different startlists. Millrose Games makes a point to never use the term Unattached, rather the athlete's country if not sponsored. The right is the standard meet entry list where over half the field is Unattached. Bad look with a simple fix.

Checked another World Athletics Championship off the list with the Indoor Champs in Poland this week. Now it’s time to jump on a 3 hour bus ride to sit in an airport for 3 hours before I then embark on this fun stretch of flights. If @Delta decided to sell last second upgrades to Delta One I know a tired guy who would jump all over that 😂😂

RANT: stop calling them "illegal winds"!!! Reason: anyone outside of track thinks the athlete(s) did something wrong. They think the athlete(s) are DQ'd or have to re-run the race. 2.0+ wind only means you can't set a record, or can't qualify for certain meets. It's not illegal, it's only ineligible for certain activities but it's still eligible for the next round or to win that race. We have to think outside of our box to attract more fans and this is a small example IMO.

Alright I'm obviously not the one successful enough to be calling the shots at Tesla and worth almost a trillion dollars But people were excited about the awesome Cybertruck news and then it got taken away, that's why people are annoyed. The wording felt more like a threat. Better method. Let people simmer in the excitement for two days. Then post "demand for the AWD Cybertruck is strong, going to raise the price in X days" this would probably just make Tesla nerds even more excited.
