Fanatics has become the downfall of sports jerseys. NFL's fan jerseys are no longer stitched; limited jerseys and authentics are no longer stitched numbering. They lowered their cost to make them, switched to screen printing AND raised the prices, to deliver an inferior product.

@ColeBrick Hey, Cole. There had to be a need for a person to purchase an extra seat even before the pandemic. While we understand that some Customers may want additional personal space, a single Passenger is not allowed to purchase an additional seat solely for "comfort." -Amanda

Hey @SouthwestAir what's up with not letting customers book a 2nd seat after Nov 30th...once middle seats are being filled again? Seems like a pretty unfriendly policy.

@SouthwestAir But why? Pre pandemic it was possible without meeting one of the above qualifiers.

@ColeBrick You would be able to purchase an extra seat if you are Customer of size needing extra room, musical instruments, medical equipment, service dogs etc. For personal comfort or to keep the seat open next to you would not qualify to purchase an additional seat. -Tayler

*BEWARE* Today I learned that @TiresPlus won’t honor the 3 year alignment package I bought. How doesn’t it transfer to a new car?? What’s the point of a fixed year package if it is void when you get a new car? This was NOT made clear upon purchase. Way to dick down customers.
