@XboxSupport : EA Will not respond despite reading one million forum posts that either aren’t relevant or don’t work. Is there any way to actually speak to anyone at @EAHelp @EASFCDirect @EASPORTSFC that will actually help?! THIS IS AN EA ISSUE!!

Can anyone help? EA FC 25 will not load on an Xbox series S. we’ve: 1. Restarted the Xbox 2. Uninstalled / Reinstalled the game 3. Uninstalled / reinstalled profile 4. Factory reset Xbox (both retaining and deleting all games) The game doesn’t load and returns to menu screen.

@EASFCDirect my son hasn’t received his EA FC points after buying the ultimate edition. Has been playing for a week after being told it would be sorted Friday, but still not come through.

@EASPORTSFC we bought the ultimate edition of EA FC25 but we haven’t got the 4800 ea fc points? Please can you help?

@HelloFreshUK Do not touch this lot with a barge pole. I tried to cancel my order 3 months ago. Six weeks later the deliveries and charges came back. They just won’t stop sending me infest food that I do not want.

@simon_debs @HelloFreshUK Exactly what happened to me, except ‘customer service’ said this was my error not theirs! Shocking. A whole box of food coming we won’t eat, and we’re not home anyway! They don’t notify you a delivery is coming then say you can’t cancel it??

@HelloFreshUK Awful it creates waste! I had to activate an account and save a date to browse the menu and now I have a delivery coming on Tuesday which I placed simply by browsing. It will end up in the bin

@LloydC91 @HelloFreshUK Completely my experience. Dreadful systems and lack of processes to support customers. I said “refund that box that’s been generated in error and I’ll continue with my future orders”. They weren’t interested! Brilliant business sense 👌🤔

@HelloFreshUK Awful company, don’t use. Call you up under the guise that you’re getting a voucher added to your account only to be charged £25 for a box we didn’t want or ask for, convoluted conversations on the phone, bad customer service. Do not recommend to anyone

@Sarah63457256 @HelloFreshUK That make so many mistakes, they NEVER send an email / message saying something like ‘You have a delivery due on [date] make changes now!’ Then take your money freely and send you a load of stuff you don’t want. Really responsible 🤬

@HelloFreshUK absolutely shocking customer service. Chose to skip a week, this didn’t go through *apparently*, money taken, no notification via app or email that a delivery is upcoming, food coming we wouldn’t eat on a day we’re not home. Asked for a refund, not interested.

@Dominos_UK your boxes say recycle which we all try to do. But @southkesteven have just released new guidance that says these boxes are contaminated and cannot be recycled so go in general waste. Who’s in the wrong??

@ProfBrianCox An articulate thought, you could challenge that they were smart enough to surround themselves with the experts, but the advice they were given was way beyond their academic expertise of Literae Humaniores (even if studied at Oxford) to articulate a plan.

The more I hear from the Covid enquiry, the more I think that the PM and the majority of ministers did not have the intellectual tools necessary to understand scientific advice and therefore to be able to weigh it successfully alongside economics, social science etc. In my view this can be traced to educational failure - they weren’t taught or didn’t learn the basics of science alongside their chosen disciplines. This also applies the other way round to scientists of course. Breadth of knowledge is key, as well as specialisation / expertise, and I don’t think our system delivered that in the 80s and 90s when I (and they) went to University - whether it does that today is an open question. I think we need to be producing more polymaths.
