Anyone have their Vanilla/Visa gift card info stolen and used by someone else via @Paypal? Went to use mine today for a card on eBay, but when I checked the balance it showed a PayPal transaction that wasn't mine. The charge just happened to be the exact amount left on the card.

@askvisa I just got a visa gift card in Canada and it’s already been used, I registered it today and the balance was zero. Who should I be contacting?

@westjet my flight from Calgary is delayed twice this morning (by 4 hours) and then I get charged $100 to change my flight so I can arrive earlier on another flight... cmon westjet you can do better than that.
