100/200m opener not as what I planned, but it went okay for it being 40 degrees and feeling like 30. (11.66/23.66) more left in the tank…

Had a great conversation today with @CoeXCTF at top times today to talk about their program and school.

Had an amazing time today being able to compete with some of the best competition in the state. We ran a personal best in the 4x200 with a time of 1:34.38 and a new school record. 1st leg, Nick flaugher, 2nd me, 3rd Jacob prechel, 4th Alex trejo.

First meet of the season post france trip. In my opinion could have went better with form wise. Overall thought I did pretty well, on a side note I did crush the School record for the 55m running 6.76.

It has been so nice outside that i’m able to practice. in the end of january. Got some block starts in and sprinted some to get back in the motions.

3rd place in 2a state. I (Colin Witowski) started the race and handed off to Ben Stech then from Ben to Jack Demakis and from Jack To the anchor Eli Shoufer. Ending time 1:28:12 not only 3rd in state but a new Illinois #14 and a New School record.@PrhsBoosters

IHSA Boys T&F State Meet: Prairie Ridge's Colin Witkowski, Ben Stech, Jack Demakis and Eli Shoufer took third in the Class 2A 4x200 for the second state medal in school history in a sprint. Kerry Kohlbacher (sixth in 2A 400 in 2010) is the other.

This 4x2 got us first in our heat and also a secured spot at finals tomorrow. I started the race and had a clean handoff to Ben stech, I ran a 21.8s split.

BANG!!! BANG!!!! New PR in the 100m: ran an 11.19 at Fresh/Soph Conference. That’s a -.31s difference from last PR. Last year, at the same meet, ran 12.10—shaved off a whole second in a year! Below is a picture of my times from the same meet just a year apart.
