Just about everything we know about human psychology would lead us to believe that blue loses every single time.
Not a poll with zero stakes, but actual life on the line, fight or flight instincts kicking in, you are not finding 4 billion people who will put the collective good ahead of their own self-preservation.
Some people, sure. Some are just dumb, some are idealistic, but most will rationally look at the options and pick the one that ensures their safety.
