@CollettWriter Eugh! I grew up on homegrown and pickled by parents; hate the crinkle cut and I don't have it in vinegar anymore I particularly craved it in sandwiches when pregnant

@CollettWriter Mine haven't changed that much, other than there are a lot of foods I had never tried till I was grown up, pasta, curry, pesto, sourdough etc Somethings I have loved all my life are beetroot and tomatoes!

@CollettWriter Like quite a few others, I’m enthusiastic about your forthcoming book. You’ve been working extremely hard, which is what it takes, although few actually do so. It’s predestined to make an impact on our culture, and add to it. The timing is exactly right. You’re an inspiration!

@CollettWriter Thank you, Caroline! My apologies for this belated reply. Weeks pass; I turn inward, and am far too reclusive. Yet, Forever Changing, gazing deeply into the colors life gives us, a glimpse of my beloved birch tree as it appears to me tonight.
