@Whatnot, I have a serious issue with one of your sellers. When I requested a refund because he did not disclose the condition of some items, he claimed that blood stains and bleach stains are minor stains and would not refund me. That is unacceptable.

@Whatnot I am writing because I was unsure where else to submit this request. I have previously purchased items from this seller, and my prior order was not delivered. Unfortunately, I did not realize it was the same seller until after placing a new order. I really need help!

@AirbnbHelp We have gone through this process and per your previous response, you and the host didn’t do anything wrong according to policy. So ignoring a request for a disabled child seem like an irrelevant topic to your company

@POCWASN Hi, as a parent of a special needs daughter, I wanted to share my experience with @Airbnb and how their policies enable their hosts to ignore requests for special needs children.

@SpecialChildSup I would like to report @Airbnb for discrimination against my special needs daughter. When asked for accommodation for my little one, the host ignore my request and when I spoke to their representative they stated that the host was within policy.

@Airbnb if you are a parent with a special needs child, be very careful with this company. Apparently is within their policy to ignore messages regarding inquiries your child. Very disappointed.
