Not Nike EYBL. Not Adidas 3SSB. The major services follow the major circuits. Kids on smaller circuits get evaluated less. The rankings reflect that. Maybe he pans out, maybe he doesn't. But the question worth asking is how many others are out there that were not fully evaluated? There are tons of guys "ranked' in that area that end up elite.
