The process and the tools you use are secondary to your creations & their originality. Modern musicians have always used tricks of the studio to achieve certain sounds – from Alan Parsons and his sound effects wizardry “ Dark side of the Moon” to ELO & their synthetic orchestral sounds to the synth bands of the 80s. While this might not be proper “musicianship“ as we’ve known it, it’s nonetheless part of the process of creating music in a holistic & technical sense. Thus, there’s not much difference here than in what you do. You still create original compositions. You conceive the theme, lyrics, and create the musical parts - all from your head. Your AI helper allows you to do it, but it is not the architect of creation – you are. You’re the artist and AI helps you achieve your vision. It comes from you & does not exist elsewhere. That makes it authentically your own. So, if you feel less than worthy accepting praise, don’t be. Don’t feel it’s less than bona fide musical creation simply because the traditional process in the studio is no longer the only way to do it. Technology has offered you an alternative and you’re making the most of it. So again, Congratulations on successfully creating high voltage, fist- pumping & highly – motivating heavy metal that’s uniquely your own. I don’t consider it to be anything different than the other conventional/melodic/death metal bands I listen to. I enjoy them all and enjoy listening every time. Today, **A-N-Y-O-N-E** can generate compelling, high-quality music in seconds. I use Suno and have since it first became public. It's an incredible technology...and one of the most disruptive I've ever seen. When people compliment "my music," I genuinely struggle to accept the praise. I'll proudly take credit for the lyrics, the message, and curating the sound into something that feels like **Full Metal Patriot**, but I can't honestly claim I "made" the music. My process starts with: 1. The idea. 2. The title. 3. Write the chorus. 4. Build the song around it. 5. Refine the lyrics. Then: 1. Input the lyrics into Suno. 2. Build a style prompt. 3. Adjust the settings. 4. Press "Create." From there, it's less like writing music and more like pulling the handle on a slot machine. Every generation is different.
