@askesure Natalie - thanks. Seems mad that a) you’re closed most of the weekend and b) your BOT doesn’t work, leaving me all weekend to wait, before then spending a painful 40 mins on the phone trying to sort, first thing on a Monday! Not ideal and I’ve only been with you guys since Jan!
