Maturing is realising Homelander was never the villain of this story
People call Homelander a rapist but the show never shows him doing that to anyone else. Outside of Stormfront, he barely shows interest in anyone. What if Becca just regretted cheating and blamed him instead??

We deserve compensation for being abused by the government. The government wanted compensation for providing room and board for me while in prison. In my pre-sentencing report the government suggested that I do 41-51 in prison. AND, I should pay $3,900 a month to cover my prison expenses. That’s $46,800 a year I would pay while in prison with no job. The government wanted compensation. So do the J6ers.

Regarding Homelander and the show "The Boys." People who are conservative and also Trump supporters realized that, once again, they were being targeted for ridicule by a hollywood leftist. At this point, we can barely find a show that doesn't openly attack us. We understood that Homelander was used to attack us, but he was a well written villain with interesting character moments. So, we rolled our eyes at the stupid attacks in order to try to enjoy a well written villain doing his thing on a super hero show. Then, likely drug fueled or because of deep seated mental illness, Kripke didn't get the reaction he wanted from us, so he doubled down, tripled down, until he wrecked his own show with the hate he thinks we have, when, in fact, he has that hate himself.
