@MarvelRivals 6 seasons since Widow’s last balance patch. You people constantly ignore her and have promoted toxic behavior by adding the Vibes spray. You refuse to do anything with Black Widow, and remain silent while every single character in the game gets mentioned.

Resistance = Rebels and First Order = Empire.
They wanted a soft reboot to redo the Original Trilogy and didn’t want people to think too hard about it.

Nobody denies there was backlash to these movies, but if "EVERYONE" hated them, their success would have ended after Revenge of the Sith. Instead, we got plenty of games, books and comics that, unlike Disney's post ST content, do not shy away from the PT setting.

In his The Force Awakens review, released in 2015, Mr. Plinkett comments on the flood of corp media articles written at the time about how the Star Wars prequels were better than people remembered, and how this was obviously a ploy by Disney to float the brand until their sequels could get off the ground.
