The city's current wastewater system processes only about 660,000 gallons per day and is already operating at full capacity. Its water allocation is around 1 million gallons per day total (shared with all residents and businesses). Documents from DHS indicate the facility alone would demand roughly 1,001,683 gallons per day for sewer processing.
